ARTISAN FINE FINISH

We are a dedicated cabinet refinishing company.   We utilize automotive grade HVLP spray technology to deliver better than factory spray finishes.   Your doors and drawer faces are removed and taken to our professional spray shop.  Your kitchen or bathroom is turned into a temporary spray booth with extensive floor, countertop, appliance and backsplash masking.  Then the whole room is isolated using floor to ceiling Zip Wall technology to contain overspray and dust.  

   We use the Festool  Vac sander to capture dust from sanding as well as the high material transfer Titan Cap-spray 115 HVLP sprayer system to minimize overspray and deliver industry standard fine finishes.  

   We place heavy emphasis on proper prep work to ensure our work will last for many years.   We start with degreasing the cabinets after disassembly and numbering doors and hinges.   Then everything is sanded for primer.   After primer, everything is fine sanded and flaws are revealed at this stage and filler work and caulking happens.  After the substrate is right two topcoats of Ben Moore Advance are sprayed with dry time in between.  We can also delete and move holes around for pulls so whatever new hardware design is catching your eye we can make happen.  

We proudly use  Ben Moore Stix Primer and Ben Moore Advance paint which is a highly durable acrylic/alkyd hybrid which acts like oil based paint but without the odor, yellowing and brittling that happens with time.  It's also low VOC and sprays out like glass.
